Concept
Designed and developed by the HIIDENA Group and JMC (production technology), the IAS® process is based on manufacturing techniques used for powdered products for human consumption (pharmaceuticals, fine chemistry, etc..)
The Process
• Traceability using bar code identification from entry to exit (including bulk batches).
• Production Traceability by RFID system.
• Production process structured and laid out in defined, inspected and controlled zones.
• Cross-contamination control through elimination of pipes and transfer circuits and a PHARMA type mixer.
• Easy to clean.
• Flexible / versatile.
• Capacity 1000 t/month.
